WASHINGTON, D.C., January 18th, 2022 – Louis Mosca of American Management Services, addressed the United States Conference of Mayor’s (USCM) Small Business Task Force, to discuss the impact the Partner America™ program continues to make on the nation’s business owner community.
Established in 1999, the Partner America™ program was developed in partnership between the USCM and American Management Services to help small business owners improve operations and profitability.
Joining Mosca was Anthony Clayton, owner of Bluebird Graphic Solutions in Woburn, Massachusetts, who shared his first-hand experience working with Partner America™.
“As a small business, when things are tight and you’re troubled, you don’t want to have someone take advantage of you,” said Clayton. “I didn’t have the answers, and I didn’t have anyone I could go to.”
Six months after first discovering the resources available through Partner America™, Clayton describes things as going “great” now in his business.
“My pipeline is strong. My profitability is really great. The last two quarters have been wonderful, and so much of it is planning, having the team and the engagement of the group which I don’t think I could have done myself, and also having the confidence.”
