As a Senior Consultant, you’ll step into the shoes of a CEO or COO, leading, training, and instructing business owners while ensuring all recommendations are fully implemented. You’ll dive into client situations, tackling challenges like insolvency, diminishing sales, and poor communication head-on. By addressing our clients’ internal issues with honest, open dialogue, you’ll help them overcome obstacles and achieve lasting success.

We’re not looking for Accountants, Operations Managers, or General Managers – we want those ready to take the reins as an interim CEO and assume total control of our clients’ businesses. This Senior Consultant position is comparable to an interim CEO, COO, Executive Advisor, Turnaround Business Management Consultant, or Business Consultant.

An Interim CEO, COO, Executive Advisor / Turnaround Business Management Consultant / Business Consultant.

  • Strong financial, operational and interpersonal skills
  • 20+ years of solid business experience as a business owner, in a C-suite position, or Senior Executive of a small to midsize business.
  • Prior experience in crisis management, turnarounds, and a proven track record of financial controls is required
  • MBA, CPA, or other relevant credentials
  • Position requires 100% travel. (You keep frequent flier miles and other travel rewards)
  • Seasoned business professionals earn from $125,000 to $175,000+ per year. In addition to the opportunity to earn substantial income, you can also participate in our health, life, vision, dental insurance, and 401(k) Plan
