About Our Field Service Manager Role:

In this exciting role, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of predominantly starting and ending your workday from home while meeting with C-suite professionals on pre-set appointments in your dedicated territory. Challenge business owners to reach new heights, attend networking events, and close deals with confidence, leveraging your exceptional communication and closing skills.
Our ideal candidate boasts 10+ years of outside face-to-face B2B sales experience, a proven record of sales success, and a degree in Psychology or Business (or at least 5 years as a business owner). You’ll need to be adept at using sales systems and CRM tools, while also possessing a “can do, whatever it takes” attitude and a strong, professional presence.

- Self-motivated and organized with exceptional time management skills
- Compassionate, with a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- Willing to travel overnight 10-15% or more (expenses paid)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily in-territory travel
As a Field Service Manager, you’ll enjoy a $100,000 to $200,000 salary, plus bonuses (with a target comp expected in the six figures). - 10+ years of outside face-to-face B2B sales experience with proven record of sales success with numbers to back it up
- BS in Psychology or BA in Business or Minimum of 5 years as a business owner
- Experience using a sales system to move and monitor a prospect through the sales process
- Competency to learn our CRM system to plan and manage schedules while documenting outcomes
- Exceptional “can do, whatever it takes” attitudes
- Professional, courteous, and strong room presence
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and organized with great time management skills
- Compassion and desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- Ability to do overnight travel 10-15% or more (expenses paid)
- Valid Driver’s license
