In 2002 we completed our first project with American Management Services, and we were extremely pleased with your services and the improvements made for our company that were initiated by you.

Over time, however, through attrition of employees, changes in operation, growth, and frankly, human error, an erosion process occurred, and some of those systems and improvements were lost.

So, in July of 2018, I called AMS and subsequently met with Mr. Louis Mosca and decided to re-engage with your company.

Upon the arrival of Senior Consultant Robert Hawkens, we began the process of reviewing the original work and making the necessary revisions to get Bruni and Campisi back on track.

Our needs were centered on organizational structure, and Bob re-installed various systems in the areas for better financial management and organizational ‘structure’ for improved operations management that have positioned us well for the future, and that continue to be our standards of measurement and “management by fact” as we grow our company.

I look forward to our continuing association as the secondary phase of our relationship begins. I’m certain that with Phase II plan of weekly telephone conference calls and quarterly mini-visits will keep us on-track with the systems we’ve adopted.
