Here are some of the key items that we have implemented:

• • A weekly flash report was started to monitor key operating metrics allowing us to manage progress toward our targets.
  • An eight-week cash forecasting process to plan and manage cash has been instrumental in planning my business cash flow.
  • A model for new products, providing detailed costs and revenue.
  • We completed a tracking method for labor rates, production costs and times, and overhead rates for the pricing of our products, improving profitability.
  • We have implemented a Budget with variance analysis for expense reduction.
  • We have evaluation tools to improve the accountability of our operations.
  • A predetermined profit plan was completed with a clear focus on margin, expense, and net profit.
  • A pay-for-performance plan was created as an incentive and reward for productive employees.

Once fully implemented and based on the assumptions, we expect this project to improve our bottom line by more than $1.95 million over the next three years.
