Thank you, Ivan Kerr, Lou Mosca, and Ed Rau, for a job well done! We are in the sixth month of the process, and the cultural changes are becoming more evident daily.

Communication and cooperation amongst the employees are vastly improved. I now have the time to investigate and implement new ideas instead of being bogged down with administrative issues. Systems and procedures have been implemented throughout our organization, and point-of-sale registers are installed as I write this letter.

A commercial mortgage was obtained with your assistance to restructure existing debt and secure the capital required to expand the retail selling area. An inventory reduction plan was developed and is still in progress. Purchasing responsibilities have been more narrowly defined and are conserving cash.

Our employees now have clearly defined responsibilities and are evaluated fairly and consistently. We have identified key middle managers from within and outside the organization who can effectively run the company in their absence.
