As we close out our three-month business structure, I am grateful for the guidance of your very experienced professionals to help guide our organization through the process. Especially the expertise of Ed Harrison and Anthony Branca in dealing with our very diver staff of experience and personalities.

Despite our lack of formal business training, we were provided with the tools and knowledge needed to measure our successes. We would have never known about these methods without having engaged American Management Services, Inc. to help capture the profit we were leaving on the table.

With the help of American Management Services, we have learned how to use these financial measuring guides and processes we needed to increase our company’s profit and build a stronger team environment for us to operate more efficiently.

To date, we have been trained in the use of many financial reporting methods allowing us to clearly see everything from weekly sales to annual sales forecasts, cashflows, profits, man-hour accountability, qualifying our actual labor costs and other expenses.

The only thing I would have liked for American Management Services, Inc. to have done differently is to spread out the last month of two visits per week to once a week for two months. That would have been more tailored to our given situation, allowing us time to absorb and implement some of the procedures that were put in place.

In closing, I can say that American Management Services met or exceeded our expectations for our growing business. We expect to add over $1.6MM in operating profit over the next three years, utilizing the tools the AMS team left for us to use to successfully run our business.
